For effecting the change in Management, we need the following:

Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)

1. Filled and Signed copy of DSC Application Form
2. Self Attested copy of PAN Card of the Applicant
3. Self Attested Address Proof of the Applicant such as:
   Voter ID Card, Driving License, Ration Card, Passport, Telephone Bill (latest copy), Bank A/c Statements (last entry must not be older than 2 months)
4. Passport size photograph to be affixed on DSC Application Form

Director Identification Number (DIN)

• Self attested Copy of Pan Card of the proposed Directors
• Passport size photograph of all the proposed Directors in .JPEG format.
• Self Attested copy of Address Proof of the proposed Directors such as:-
  Voter ID Card, Driving License, Ration Card, Passport, Telephone Bill (latest copy), Bank A/c Statements (last entry must not be older than 2 months)

Other Documents to be provided

• Consent Letter (for appointment)
• Resignation Letter (for cessation)
• Other notified documents (to be provided by us)

On an average, it takes 2-3 days to effect the desired change.
